Hygienic, low-maintenance, double-sided for meat/produce separation, large yet space-saving, rubber-edged for protection, flush unobtrusive handle, good finish and usability, practical juice groove, reasonably priced for its size.
This extra-large dual-sided cutting board has potential: the titanium side needs oiling and shows knife marks, while the wheat straw PP side has juice grooves and a garlic grinder. However, it rocks on the counter and shifts while cutting, making it unsafe.
Very sturdy and looks great. Easy to remember what side we use for veggies and which one is meat. Clean up is a breeze. I just wish the metal side had a good juice channel. Would happily take another!
Large cutting board with two sides: wheat straw side to cut fruits and veggies and titanium side for meats and seafood. I used one side to prep my veggies, then wiped it down and flipped it over to cut meat. The cutting board is a large size, but not too big and not too heavy to carry. It’s a really nifty cutting board the titanium side is nice. I plan to use it as a serving board also.
