Return Policy
Easierr is committed to providing high-quality Titanium + wheat straw PP dual-sided cutting boards. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For our dual-sided cutting boards, this means the original protective film must be intact on the titanium surface, and there must be no visible cut marks, stains, or signs of use on the polypropylene (PP) side.
Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, plastics, and inserts included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required.
Important Notice Regarding Material Characteristics
Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions are considered normal and do NOT qualify as defects for return/refund purposes:
Titanium Surface: Slight variations in color tone, pattern, or surface etching resulting from the manufacturing process. Light surface scratches from regular knife use (normal patina).
Wheat straw PP Surface: Visible cut marks or scoring on the PP side from heavy chopping. This is expected wear on polypropylene and is not a manufacturing flaw.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@easierrlife.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Easierr may be deducted from your refund.
Recommended Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50 USD. Easierr is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@easierrlife.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if verified, provide a prepaid return shipping label (for US/Canada orders) or a full refund/replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (subject to the eligibility criteria above) and place a new order for the replacement item.
9. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strive to resolve all customer issues fairly. Before filing a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or payment provider, please contact our support team. We will work diligently to find a satisfactory resolution.
