Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Easierr. We are committed to delivering your Titanium + PP Dual-Sided Cutting Board with care and efficiency. By placing an order on Easierrlife.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email if any significant delays occur.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the following locations:
United States (exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
3. SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping speed.
Typically, delivery within the United States takes 7-10 business days, External factors like weather conditions, holidays, or shipping errors may influence delivery times. We'll keep you informed to the best of our ability despite limited control over these factors.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (International Orders)
All international shipments (including Canada) are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) .
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Easierr is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We are legally required to declare the full retail value of the merchandise on all customs forms. We cannot mark items as "gift" or declare a lower value.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:
Check with neighbors, family members, or apartment management.
Look around your property (porch, side door, garage).
Contact the local carrier directly with your tracking number.
If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@easierrlife.com .
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@easierrlife.com .
We cannot guarantee address corrections once an order has been processed. If the order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for any re-routing fees charged by the carrier.
Easierr is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
7. MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
Please contact us immediately at support@easierrlife.com with your order number.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If processing or shipping has occurred, you'll need to initiate a product return.
